We had to wait for two long years before we could organize our lovely MiniCat Fun Festival and although it was long – it was worth the wait!!!
We met at the beautiful lake Como, Italy on Friday 24th June 2022 and with over 120 participants, 65 boats sailing together it was yet another successful fun event full of joy and camaraderie.
We had people from Germany, Slovakia, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, USA, Estonia, UK and of course Italy who came to celebrate with us our postponed 15th Anniversary and participated in all the activities we organized during the 4 days.
We had the MiniCat Fun Race on Saturday and with the fantastic weather and winds it was a adrenalin filled event full of action. The winners were announced at the evening Dinner party where we also held Tombola to rise money for Laura Dekker Sailing Foundation. The next days’ activities like the Treasure Hunt, International Relay Race, Quiz night, capsize training etc. took place.
It was a truly remarkable few days and we believe all our guests had a lot of fun and will remember these good times. Thank you all for coming.
